Hot Stone Full Body Massage

The use of applied heat to alter the temperature of the body for healing is a beneficial technique of long standing.

With our hot stone massage, heated stones are placed on the client’s various chakra points and the heated stones are also used to massage the whole body.

The benefits are far-reaching, and deeper than regular Swedish massage.

There is increased blood circulation. The heat penetrates the joints and muscles to relieve pain and the treatment has a relaxing effect on the nervous system. All in all it’s an immensely comforting treatment

that begins with a foot ritual.

Exfoliant is applied to the feet which are then bathed in a large bowl of warm water. 
Following rinsing, Tangerine and Rose moisturiser is lightly massaged into your feet and legs

On the couch you will have a back massage before turning over to begin your facial.

While the USPA products are performing their magic our therapist will treat you to a scalp & foot massage.

Begin with a coarse sea salt exfoliation from knees to feet to recharge circulation and refine your skin.

Your therapist will then lightly massage seaweed gel into your lower legs and feet which are then wrapped comfortably.

Its time to lie back, close your eyes and have your scalp massaged

To round off your treatment your restored legs are gently massaged.
