October – Breast Cancer Awareness Month
In aid of Breast Cancer Awareness a fundraiser took place in Cromleach Lodge Hotel, hosted by the Management and Staff of Ciúnas Spa on Tuesday night 20th of October . A lively and informative presentation was given by the local Irish Cancer Society representative, Mr Matthew Hunt, to a packed room.
This was followed by refreshments for all, with tasters of spa treatments and products which were eagerly availed of by the gathering of ladies.
All entry proceeds were donated to the ICS as was a percentage of the spa retail & bar take for the evening.
Altogether, it was an interesting and convivial evening and provided an ideal opportunity for neighbours and friends to meet, and unite, to support a very worthy cause.
