Steam Room
Breathe in the fragrant gentle steam and let your consciousness drift as the lights bring you on a rainbow journey. Feel the essence of relaxation as the gentle rhythms of the changing colours work their magic….steam is also a very good therapy for respiratory ailments as well as purifying the skin. Steam therapy is an essential part of the traditional Sligo Seaweed Bathing experience so we invite all our guests who are having a seaweed bath to spend a minimum of ten minutes with steam prior to their bath.
Sauna
The welcoming warmth of our traditional Swedish Sauna room on winter days will warm you to your very bones. Traditionally Sauna can, with regular use, improve joint mobility and have a therapeutic effect on psoriasis. Intensity of heat or humidity of the sauna can be adjusted by pouring water on the heated stones. Lying full length on the wooden benches gives a more even temperature over the whole body, ensuring a more beneficial treatment. Our Ciúnas Sauna is the 21st century link to the old Sligo lakeside tradition of sweat houses which dates back at least to the 17th century.
Outdoor Jacuzzi
The warmth of the water and the action of the many bubbling jets has a very pleasant relaxing effect. It’s an excellent antidote to the stresses of life and aids recovery from sport or strenuous exercise – the hills around Cromleach will provide that for all of our walking enthusiasts! The Jacuzzi experience is enhanced by contemplation of the beautiful panorama laid out before the viewer of Lough Arrow and the mythological Bricklieve Mountains. On a clear day it is possible to see Knocknarea and the legendary cairn – reputedly the resting place of the warrior Queen, Meadhbh.

A charge of €10 per resident applies for your entire stay, this will be refunded once a treatment is availed of.
A charge of €25 per person applies to non-residents, again thermal areas are complimentary along with a treatment.
