8oz Wholemeal
2oz Strong Flour
1 Teaspoon Bread Soda
2oz Brown Sugar
16 Fluid oz Milk
2oz Bran
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Bextarter
2oz Melted Butter
Pinch Salt
Sesame Seeds or Wheat Germ
 
Combine all dry ingredients
Add liquids & mix
Pour into a prepared 2lb tin & sprinkle with sesame seeds or wheat germ
Bake at 200°C for 1 hour 10 mins.
Tour out on its side & continue baking for a further 15 mins
