Wet Muesli
½ Pint Milk
8oz Muesli
1 Tablespoon Honey
Bring milk to the boil
Stir in honey & allow to cool
Delicious served with yoghurt, fruits & sweet syrup

Marinated Apricots
8oz Dried Apricots
¾ Pint Water
8oz Sugar
Soak Apricots in cold water overnight
Add sugar & bring slowly to the boil and simmer until apricots are cooked
Remove and allow the syrup to reduce to a nice syrup consistency
Pour over Apricots & store in fridge
Cinnamon Sticks or Vanilla Pods also will make a delicious syrup
